Chrome Extension: Form Fill Saver - Smart Auto Fill
1. Introduction
Hridoy IT Labs (“Hridoy IT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital products, software, Chrome extensions, licensing services, customer accounts, downloads, support, and related services through HridoyIT.com.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use HridoyIT.com, the Form Fill Saver - Smart Auto Fill Chrome extension, and related licensing, trial, purchase, renewal, device-management, and support services.
We are committed to collecting and using only the information reasonably necessary to provide, secure, and support our services.
2. Form Fill Saver Chrome Extension
Form Fill Saver is a productivity extension designed to help users save permitted web-form values and restore or fill those values later.
The extension may interact with form controls on HTTP and HTTPS webpages because its core functionality is intended to work across websites containing forms.
Website access is used for the user-facing purposes of identifying compatible form controls, saving permitted form information, restoring saved information, supporting multi-step forms, clearing saved or filled information, and providing compatibility features such as dependent dropdown handling.
The extension is not designed to monitor users for advertising, profiling, or unrelated tracking purposes.
3. Where Saved Form Data Is Stored
Normal form information saved through Form Fill Saver is stored locally on the user's device using Chrome extension local storage.
This can include permitted text fields, addresses, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, dates, select/dropdown choices, checkbox or radio selections, common fields, form-step information, extension preferences, and other non-excluded form values that the user chooses to save.
Normal saved form contents are not uploaded to HridoyIT.com as part of the Save, Auto Fill, Fill Now, Clear Page, or Clear All Fill Data features.
Hridoy IT does not operate a server-side database containing users' normal saved Form Fill Saver form contents.
4. Sensitive Fields Excluded by the Extension
Form Fill Saver is designed to exclude sensitive or unsafe form fields from its normal saving and filling process.
These exclusions include password fields, current or new passwords, one-time passwords or OTPs, PIN fields, CVV/CVC or card security codes, credit or debit card number fields detected as sensitive, file-upload inputs, hidden inputs, and submit, reset, button, or image inputs.
The extension does not attempt to bypass CAPTCHA systems or website authentication.
5. Website URLs and Form Context
Because saved information is associated with the webpage or logical form step where it is used, the extension may process webpage information such as the current URL, page context, form structure, form labels, selectors, or step identifiers locally on the user's browser.
This information is used to identify where previously saved information should be restored and to prevent information from being filled into an unrelated form.
We do not use this access to build advertising profiles or sell browsing histories.
6. License and Free-Trial Information
Form Fill Saver communicates with HridoyIT.com for licensing, account-bound trials, activation, verification, renewal, and device management.
Depending on the action being performed, HridoyIT.com may receive or process a license key, device token, extension-generated device identifier, device name, operating-system/platform information, extension version, trial pairing information, license status, entitlement information, expiry information, and device limits.
Our web servers may also process standard technical request information such as IP address, user-agent information, request time, and security or error logs.
This information is used to activate and verify legitimate licenses and trials, enforce license and device limits, restore entitlements, prevent trial or licensing abuse, provide renewals, maintain security, and troubleshoot service problems.
7. HridoyIT.com Account Information
When you create or use a HridoyIT.com account, we may process information you provide such as your name, email address, mobile number, account credentials, profile information, billing information, and information associated with your orders, licenses, downloads, wallet, or support requests.
Passwords are handled by the website's authentication system. Form Fill Saver does not read your HridoyIT.com account password.
Account information is used to operate your account, authenticate access, deliver purchased products, manage licenses and devices, process orders, provide support, and protect against unauthorized activity.
8. Orders and Payments
When purchasing products, renewing licenses, upgrading packages, or adding funds where available, HridoyIT.com may process order information such as product/package details, amount, billing name, email address, mobile number, payment status, transaction reference, invoice information, and related payment metadata.
Where a third-party payment gateway such as GreenPay is selected, information necessary to initiate or verify the transaction may be exchanged with that payment provider.
Hridoy IT does not use payment information obtained through its services for advertising or unrelated profiling.
9. Form Diagnostics
Form Fill Saver includes a user-initiated diagnostic feature intended to help troubleshoot form and dropdown compatibility.
Diagnostics are generated locally and are not automatically uploaded to Hridoy IT.
Normal text-input values are intentionally redacted from diagnostic output. Diagnostic information may include the webpage URL and title, technical form information, element labels and selectors, select/dropdown option values or text, checkbox or radio states, and related compatibility information.
The diagnostic information is copied only when the user explicitly chooses the diagnostic action. The user then decides whether to share that information with Hridoy IT, ChatGPT, a developer, or another support provider.
Users should review diagnostic information before sharing it with anyone.
10. How We Use Information
Information handled through HridoyIT.com or Form Fill Saver is used only for legitimate service-related purposes, including providing form saving and autofill functionality, managing accounts, activating and verifying licenses and trials, delivering digital products, processing and verifying payments, providing renewals and upgrades, managing authorized devices, providing customer support, preventing fraud or abuse, maintaining security, and improving service reliability.
We do not use extension-accessed form data for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
11. Sharing of Information
We do not sell Form Fill Saver user data or HridoyIT customer personal information to data brokers or advertising companies.
Information may be processed by service providers when reasonably necessary to host, secure, operate, deliver, support, or process payments for Hridoy IT services.
Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or threats to users or our services.
We do not transfer extension-accessed user data for unrelated marketing, advertising, creditworthiness, or data-brokerage purposes.
12. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Compliance
Information accessed through Chrome extension permissions is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functionality of Form Fill Saver and related security, licensing, and support functions.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not allow humans to read private extension user data except where the user explicitly chooses to share specific information for support, where access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, where required by law, or where appropriately aggregated or anonymized information is used for legitimate internal operations.
13. Cookies and Website Storage
HridoyIT.com may use cookies, sessions, and similar browser technologies that are necessary for functionality such as login sessions, account security, shopping-cart operation, authentication, preferences, and service continuity.
These website technologies are separate from the form information stored locally by the Form Fill Saver extension.
14. Data Retention
Form information stored by Form Fill Saver remains in Chrome local storage until it is removed by the user, removed through the extension's clearing controls, cleared through browser or extension data management, or otherwise removed with the browser profile or extension.
Server-side account, license, trial, order, invoice, transaction, download, security, and support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction or entitlement history, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, satisfy accounting or legal obligations, and protect Hridoy IT and its users.
15. User Controls and Data Deletion
Form Fill Saver provides controls for clearing saved form information. Users may also remove the extension or clear its Chrome storage.
Users who need assistance concerning HridoyIT.com account information may contact Hridoy IT support.
Certain transaction, licensing, security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may need to be retained even after an account-related request.
16. Security
Hridoy IT uses HTTPS for communication between Form Fill Saver and HridoyIT.com licensing and trial services.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, licensing, transaction, and service information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
17. Children's Privacy
Form Fill Saver and Hridoy IT's commercial licensing and digital-product services are not specifically designed to collect children's personal information for advertising or profiling.
If we become aware that information has been collected in a manner that violates applicable children's privacy requirements, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
18. Third-Party Websites
Form Fill Saver can operate on websites that are not owned or controlled by Hridoy IT.
The privacy practices, terms, security, and content of those websites are controlled by their respective operators. This Privacy Policy describes Hridoy IT's handling of information and does not replace the privacy policies of websites on which the extension is used.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, extension, licensing system, payment services, security practices, or legal obligations change.
The latest version will be made publicly available on HridoyIT.com with an updated effective date.
